High Ropes Lead

This course develops your skills and knowledge required to lead people on challenge ropes courses at conductor level. This course focuses on planning skills to make suitable arrangements to conduct a group on a high ropes course. The course is aimed at those currently working in high ropes who are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating high ropes programs.  You’ll have a focus on effective and efficient facilitation skills and will learn to manage staff including high ropes facilitators, guides or support staff under supervision in a range of controlled conditions.
